Crumbs: Chicken Fajitas

This recipe will give you a quick and easy dinner idea for those long days when you don’t feel like cooking. This recipe is full of flavor and will be sure to leave you satisfied.

Cook time: 25-30 minutes

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 package of fajita mix
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Tortillas

Directions:

  1. Cut onion and peppers into small slices.
  2. Cut uncooked chicken into slices.
  3. Grease a pan on high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Add oil to the pan and cook onions and peppers for 2-4 minutes. Add seasoning.
  5. Add chicken to the pan, add the water and fajita mix. Stir to combine. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  6. Serve on tortilla shells and enjoy.
