Crumbs: Four ingredient gluten-free cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar,egg and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Roll mixture into balls and placeon a cookie sheet. Use a fork topress down on them.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Let cookies cool for about 10 minutes.

Prep time: 8-10 minutes Servings: about 12 cookies
