As your Student Body President, I’m proud to present your 26-27 ASUI Team! Both the cabinet and senate drew the most competitive applicant pools I’ve seen during my tenure with the organization. Each student here was selected intentionally to advocate for you and serve our campus, and it is already starting to show.
This year we’ve already:
1. Redesigned and launched the club funding process for over 300 of our student organizations.
2. Appointed our team to 40+ committees across UI as part of our efforts to embed the student voice in key decision-making processes.
3. Supported student civic engagement for this November by partnering with local election officials and the Moscow League of Women Voters. We’ve tabled for pre-registration, coordinated on-campus early voting sites, sent university-wide email campaigns, built flyers and created digital advertisements.
Big shoutout to this year’s team! We look forward to everything we can accomplish for you in the year ahead!
