Campus Currents: 3/3-3/9

What’s happening at UI this week?

Campus Currents | Riley Helal

Happy Monday, Vandals! It’s midterms week, so stress might be high right now. Try to take some time off of studying to have fun! Here’s some events happening on campus that can be a little break from the stress of midterms.

Therapy Dogs (Wednesday, March 5)

Take a trip over to the library from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to visit the therapy dogs from Palouse Paws. Recharge your mental health in the middle of the week with some furry friends! Take a minute to relax and unwind from the stress of midterm exams.

Pi Day Celebration (Thursday, March 6)

Take part in the 23rd annual Pi Day Celebration and Integration Bee from 3:15-5 p.m. in the Vandal Ballroom in the Pitman Center. This event is open to everyone and there will be free pie available to all attendees. The Integration Bee is just like a spelling bee, but with calculus integrals instead. There will be cash prizes and cool swag for the winners! (Note: Pi Day is usually March 14, but due to spring break the celebration will be early.)
