Public Health – Idaho North Central District

Data used is from Public Health District 2. The local district consists of Latah, Clearwater, Idaho, Lewis and Nez Perce counties. Updated Feb. 25 at 3 p.m.

New cases (Feb. 25): 21

Cases this week (Feb. 19-25): 121

Fully vaccinated 5+: 47,301 (45%)

Fully vaccinated with a booster: 21,304

Deaths: 273

Statewide

Data is according to Idaho’s COVID-19 page. Updated Feb. 25 at 5 p.m. 

New cases (Feb. 25): 2,051

Cases this week (Feb. 19-25): 10,266

Fully vaccinated 5+: 921,690 (54%)

Fully vaccinated with a booster: 392,833

Deaths: 4,730

Hospitalized patients: 279 (62 in ICU)

Available ICU beds (Feb. 25): 16

University of Idaho’s mask mandate will be reevaluated

With lowering case numbers, the university’s COVID-19 policies will be discussed with Gritman Medical Center and Public Health – Idaho North Central District.
