The best Halloween Candy

Pumpkin-shaped Reese’s are better than regular peanut butter cups

There is nothing more nostalgic than ripping open the crisp wrapper of a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Eating it brings back wonderful childhood feelings — you can’t just have one.

The best Halloween candy had been argued for generations to come, but I’m here to set the record straight.

Reese’s have been a strong competitor for a while now, but the pumpkin-shaped Reese’s set the bar high — they are the best Halloween candy there is to buy.

First off, what treat is better than one that compliments the spooky season. Halloween is full of candy and is famous for pumpkin carving, as well as the specialty pumpkin spice. Pumpkins are everywhere during the fall, and some may argue they define the season.

Pumpkin Reese’s compliment Halloween for their size and shape. Halloween is known for candy and pumpkins — Reese’s combines the two. What is more classic than that?

Not only does the treat compliment the season, but pumpkin-shaped Reese’s are also cuter than regular Reese’s.

Not to be wrong, but all Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups are delicious, they just aren’t created equal.

Peanut butter and chocolate were a match made in heaven, complimenting each other’s essence. You have a salty and a sweet component.

The peanut butter to chocolate ratio is better than the regular Reese’s, as well. In a regular cup the there is more chocolate than peanut butter.

With the pumpkin-shaped Reese’s, there is a perfect amount of  both, creating a better, more delicious taste.

The only downside to pumpkin Reese’s is they can be crushed easier. But they are a delicate legacy, which is meant to be respected.

And to be fair, anything gets crushed in the back of someone’s pocket.

Try not keep candy in your pocket, especially pumpkin-shaped Reese’s. Instead, keep them where you store the rest of your Halloween candy, and this way they won’t get smooshed. They also won’t melt either, leaving a warm, chocolate mess. You can also keep them in the freezer if you like things on the colder side.

Either way, make sure to buy the pumpkin-shaped Reese’s while you can.
