Caller reported a male banging on his door and ringing the doorbell constantly. The caller said he thought maybe his roommate locked him out.

Caller reported there is a male in a T-shirt and shorts with no shoes, carrying a frying pan yelling
something about being attacked.
8:08 a.m. East E Street and North Van Buren Street
Caller reported the same man on a street corner throwing a pan at the ground and acting strange.
10:26 a.m. Moscow
Person gave a walk-in report of a trespassing. Police report the subject stormed out of the lobby. Police attempted to call the subject but the number did not work.
11:55 a.m. East E Street & North Van Buren Street
Another caller reported the same man, and said he was screaming and had a dog with him.
