For all the sushi lovers out there, here is some great news. Over the fall semester, Ace Sushi prepared for their relocation and expansion. They officially started the move to their new location on the second floor of the ISUB at the top of the stairs during Christmas break. Now, they have a new and much larger space, allowing them to expand the menu.
Matthew Brisset, a freshman majoring in Cybersecurity at the university, said that his go-to meal is always the Spicy Tuna Roll. He expressed that he’s “excited to see what new offerings they have.”
The expanded menu does include a lot more options to choose from. From a regular California Roll to a Hawaiian Volcano Roll, there are sushi options for everyone. If you like the Gold Meal Menu, you will be glad to know that the Philly Roll has been added to the selection too. Of course, Ace still has their delicious Boba Tea with flavors like, Guava, Thai Tea, Peach Mango and Hokkaido Milk Tea.
The new location is in a great spot for stopping by and ordering on your way to and from classes. The ordering kiosk is easily accessible to the left of the entrance. When you first come up, there is a counter with some nice wooden barstools to enjoy your sushi at. The area is brightly lit and has a cheery atmosphere. The new pickup spot to grab your meal inside is a great way to find your order quickly if you didn’t hear your number called.
Keala Archer, a sophomore majoring in Sports Management, is a regular customer, and gets a Crunchy California Roll every other week. When asked what she thought about the new location, she responded with, “I was sad because I thought they were gone originally.”
Archer was happy to see that they only relocated, and she plans to visit the upcoming Firehouse Subs taking its previous place soon as well.
