Crumbs: Cheesy Garlic bread 

Crunchy, cheesy and easy side dish!

Are you looking for a delicious side dish that takes almost no time to make? Your search is up because this cheesy garlic bread is so complimentary for soups, pastas, dips, and fun to snack on with your friends and family! It’s a delectable mix of crunchy and soft bread dough with a savory cheese and garlic flavor. 

Ingredients: 

  • Circular loaf of bread (your choice) 
  • Garlic butter (½-1 stick of butter and 1-2 tablespoons of minced parsley and garlic) 
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella, parmesan, and Romano cheese 

Directions:  

  1. Cut your circular loaf vertically and horizontally, but do not cut all the way through. 
  1. To make the garlic butter: melt some butter, add minced garlic, and minced parsley. Mix well. 
  1. Rub the whole loaf with your garlic butter. Be sure to get in between each sliced section. 
  1. Stuff each sliced section with your mozzarella, parmesan, and Romano cheeses. 
  1. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes.  
  1. Once baked, cut the bread all the way through both horizontally and vertically.  
  1. Serve and enjoy!
