The Latah County elections office released unofficial election results at 9:36 p.m. Tuesday night for the three available Moscow City council seats, won by Sandra Kelly, Bryce Blankenship and Drew Davis.
In the Moscow School Board election, Zone One was won by Jim Frenzel, Zone Three was won by Dulce Kersting-Lark and Zone Four was won by Dawna Fazio.
