After what was hopefully a restful and fun Labor Day weekend, Vandal students are back in Moscow for a week jam-packed with exciting events and activities. Check out these opportunities to meet new people and have fun during week three of the semester.

Campus Safety Fair

This Wednesday from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the ISUB plaza, students can attend the Campus Safety Resource fair. Students can pick up some free swag and snacks while learning about campus and community partners who are working to promote safety at UI.

Learn Aerial Arts

For anyone looking to try something new, the Aerial Arts Clinic is meeting for the first time this semester on Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. in the SRC Climbing Center. The event is open to everyone and costs $5 per person. This is a great opportunity to learn aerial dance basics and maybe even discover a new hobby.

International Programs Picnic

Join the International programs Office this Thursday for a Welcome back picnic from 3-6 p.m. at Ghormley Park. This potluck event is free for all students and is a great way to meet new friends and celebrate the beginning of the semester. If interested in volunteering or bringing a dish to share, students can sign up here

Experience a Hypnotist

This Thursday, Vandal Entertainment will be presenting hypnotist Chris Jones in the Pitman Center International Ballroom from 7-9 p.m. This immersive and interactive hypnosis show is free for students and will certainly be a night to remember.
