Bryan Kohberger, the man accused of killing Xana Kernodle, Kaylee Goncalves, Ethan Chapin and Madison Mogen in November, has been indicted by a grand jury.

The indictment comes just under six weeks before his preliminary trial was scheduled. The arraignment hearing will be held on Monday at 9 a.m. at the Latah County Courthouse.

Kohberger was indicted on four counts of first-degree murder and one count of burglary. He will likely enter his plea for each charge at the hearing on Monday. If he pleads not guilty, a trial will be set for a later date. The redacted indictment can be found here
