Crumbs: Chocolate Chip Blondie Bars 

Easy five ingredient decadent dessert

Chocolate chip Blondie bars | Grace Giger | Argonaut

These rich blondie bars have that cozy chocolate chip cookie flavor in an ooey-gooey bar that only takes a few minutes to whip up. With just five ingredients, you won’t believe how easy these delicious melt-in-your-mouth bars are to make. 

Ingredients: 

  • ½ cup salted butter (melted) 
  • 1 cup brown sugar 
  • 1 egg 
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 1 cup chocolate chips 

Directions: 

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit

2. Whisk together melted butter and brown sugar 

3. Stir in egg and vanilla 

4. Add flour and mix well before adding chocolate chips 

5. Bake for 22-25 minutes, should be slightly gooey in the middle but browned on the edges 

6. Let cool and cut into small squares to serve. Enjoy!
