Horoscopes: February overview

What’s in store for you this month?

Aries (March 21-April 20)  

The start of this year may have been slow for you so far, and you might feel like you’re struggling to build some momentum and make progress towards your goals.  If this is the case, take heart. In February, you will feel a shift in your mindset and slowly but surely begin to take steps in the right direction. You will be especially successful if you focus on collaborating with those around you and working together to realize whatever goals you may have. 

Taurus (April 21–May 20) 

This month is your opportunity to acknowledge and work through the deep-rooted emotions you may have been holding back for too long. You may feel as if you don’t have time to unpack the feelings that have been holding you down, but in the long run, this hard emotional work will bring you the freedom you need to follow your dreams. 

Gemini (May 21-June 20) 

You may be feeling overwhelmed with commitments and workloads this month. As the pressure builds, now is the time to take a step back and reevaluate your priorities. Decide what deserves the most of your precious time, and don’t be afraid to simply take time to breathe this month. Remember that putting your mental health on the back burner will never be beneficial for you. 

Cancer (June 21-July 20) 

This month is your time to finally get out of your comfort zone and do that thing you’ve been avoiding. You will never grow as a person and be able to follow your ambitions unless you take this first step, so stop making excuses and get after it this month.  

Leo (July 21-Aug. 20) 

You need to focus intently on communication and one-on-one relationships this February. Stop striving for the approval of those around you, and instead work on being present for those who need you this month. You may feel fulfilled from working hard to please others, but this is not sustainable in the long run. Instead, invest in the people who are closest to you. 

Virgo (Aug. 21-Sept. 20) 

Take a deep breath this month Virgo. You may be letting the hectic routines and stress catch up to you in this new year, so you need to slow down before you become trapped in the cycle of performativity and stress. In the midst of all your striving to be productive and successful, make time this month to get out and have fun. You may find that giving yourself the opportunity to do what you love can actually boost your creativity and success. 

Libra (Sept. 21-Oct. 20) 

This is your month to take back control of your life and find your rhythm again. You may have been letting yourself fall behind, but now is the time to get back into your healthy routines and regain your motivation. Don’t let external circumstances weigh on you this month, you need to put your head down and focus if you want to keep making progress. 

Scorpio (Oct. 21-Nov. 20) 

This month you need to let go of your desire for control and let others take the lead. You will quicky get burnt out if you carry on like you have been. Take time to rest and refocus on yourself and it will pay off in the long run. 

Sagittarius (Nov. 21-Dec. 20) 

There will be situations this month in which listening to your intuition will be vital; trust yourself as you make these difficult decisions. This may mean doing something out of the ordinary for you, so don’t be afraid to take a risk and challenge yourself–the easy path isn’t always the most rewarding. 

Capricorn (Dec. 21-Jan. 20) 

This is the time to strap in and focus on your goals. Envision the future you want for yourself and evaluate if your current course is going to take you there. Reflect on what changes you need to make and do not hesitate to make them as soon as possible. 

Aquarius (Jan. 21-Feb. 20) 

Don’t be afraid to branch out and meet new people this month. Now is the perfect time to pursue new friendships or even romantic relationships. Embrace your passionate side and don’t shy away from opportunities to make connections. 

Pisces (Feb. 21-March 20) 

This month you may be feeling tired and heavy. It will be tempting to lean into this lethargic state but push against it and find a concrete goal to work towards. One day at a time you will find yourself making progress, so don’t give up and remember that even when you fall, you can always get back up again.
