Friday Oct. 21 

10:34 a.m. Trespassing Complaint: A man walked into classrooms late Thursday night near Deakin Ave. and refused to leave. 

11:23 a.m. Vagrancy: Somebody requested to talk to an officer about a homeless person living in their car across from his house. 

12:19 p.m. Theft Other: A female shoplifter made a scene after being caught. 

3:21 p.m. Suspicious Circumstance/Person: 5 teenagers were seen passing something in closed hands outside of a building. 

4:15 p.m. Civil Calls: A female wanted to speak with an officer about a restraining order against her verbally abusive father. 

4:54 p.m. Agency Assistance: The Pullman Police Department requested help for a theft at the Walmart in Pullman. 

5:43 p.m. Citizen Assist: A man was stranded in Moscow and needed help getting to the Palouse. 

7:00 p.m. Animal Problem/Complaint: A cow escaped near the Auto Body Super Center and is walking on the road. 

9:03 p.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstance: Someone thought a female drove through their front yard. 

9:27 p.m. Noise Complaint: Loud music and screaming lasted three hours at an apartment near Baker St. 

Saturday, Oct. 22 

1:05 a.m. Trespassing Complaint: A male refused to leave John’s Alley that caused problems for other customers. 

12:29 p.m. Alcohol Offense: Three people committed an alcohol offense near the Kibbie Dome. 

2:25 p.m. Alcohol Offense: One person committed an alcohol offense near the Kibbie Dome. 

3:10 p.m. Attempt to Locate: A mother wanted to talk with an officer about her adult son being suicidal. 

4:43 p.m. Trespassing Complaint: A man refused to leave a company car for a company that he doesn’t work for near the ICCU Arena. 

6:59 p.m. Traffic Violation: There was a complaint about a vehicle swerving and speeding. 

8:10 p.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstance: A female reported that her ex was sitting in a parking lot and she was scared of him. 

10:20 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: A group of girls were angrily screaming back and forth near Greek Row. 

11:59 p.m. Malicious Mischief: A male saw someone through a rock at his window downtown. 

Sunday, Oct. 23 

12:40 a.m. Disorderly Conduct: A male had a violent, non-physical outburst. 

1:13 a.m. Domestic Dispute: A possible domestic issue was reported that has been an ongoing problem. 

3:14 a.m. Noise Complaint: Neighbors were playing music and shouting outside. 

10:02 a.m. Domestic Dispute: A male was screaming at a female outside a red Chevy Cobalt. 

10:21 a.m. Warrant Arrest: A male on a warrant was arrested. 

10:24 a.m. Harassment: A neighbor yelled at a female saying they wished the female would kill herself. 

10:43 a.m. Unconscious Person: Law, Fire and EMS responded to an unconscious person at the Breakfast Club. 

11:09 a.m. Vehicle Prowl: A backpack was stolen from a possibly unlocked car. 

12:23 p.m. Stray Animals: A small terrier showed up on a stranger’s doorstep with a collar but no tags. 

5:30 p.m. Theft Other: Someone left their wallet at TAJ Grocery and another person stole it.
