8:12 a.m. Theft Other: The caller saw a man riding on his stolen bike heading towards Mod Pizza.
8:38 a.m. Found Property: A man came sprinting by and dropped a backpack at Superior Floors.
12:05 p.m. Sick or Injured Animal: A dog was seen limping and going into traffic on 6th Street by Patty’s Kitchen.
2:48 p.m. Harassment: A woman was being harassed by people asking her for sexual favors on Travois Way.
6:43 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: Airpods were stolen from the caller’s vehicle on North Jefferson Street.
9:00 p.m. Noise Complaint: The caller has heard reoccurring loud music from Hunga Dunga.
Saturday, Aug. 6
9:17 a.m. Domestic Dispute: The caller’s wife broke a window during an argument on West Palouse River Drive.
1:05 p.m. Domestic Dispute: The caller heard someone screaming “get off of me” and banging sounds on White Avenue.
2:30 p.m. Suspicious Circumstance: The neighborhood’s mailbox doors were all open on Conestoga Street and the caller was unsure if anything was stolen.
2:47 p.m. Animal Problem: An owner keeps bringing their aggressive dog to the Moscow Dog Park.
3:57 p.m. Domestic Dispute: The caller heard yelling nearby South Blaine Street, with a man screaming at a woman. The caller believed the man hit the woman.
3:57 p.m. Animal Problem: A child found an injured rat in a cage outside on South Grant Street.
7:19 p.m. Animal Problem: The caller found a German Shepard on College Avenue which had been reported missing.
Sunday, Aug. 7
3:13 a.m. Welfare Check: The caller’s friend found a man passed out by a bus stop on West A Street and Peterson Drive.
11:08 a.m. Stray Animals: A stray pit bull was found on East E and North Van Buren streets with no. The dog was aggressive when approached.
1:53 p.m. Burglary: The caller reported a burglary on Empire Lane.
6:15 p.m. Animal Problem: The caller reported a squirrel that seemed to have rabies on King Road.
9:50 p.m. Harassment: A vehicle had been following the caller in their car through Moscow for over 30 minutes, pulling over at the same times.
