Friday, July 8 

9:54 a.m. Theft Other: Two bikes were stolen from a basement storage area on East 3rd Street. 

2:06 p.m. Stray Animals: Three dogs at East City Park, two labs and a golden retriever, were running around with no collars. 

2:10 p.m. Domestic Dispute: The caller heard a man screaming at someone on White Avenue. 

5:20 p.m. Noise Complaint: A large group of people were being loud and disruptive at Friendship Square. 

8:48 p.m. Intoxicated Person: Some intoxicated people were driving a vehicle with children with them on Mountain View Road. 

Saturday, July 9 

1:18 a.m. Fireworks Complaint: Fireworks were going off by A&W. 

8:02 a.m. Property Damage: Someone drove through the Jiffy Lube car wash bay overnight, damaging the wall. 

8:56 a.m. Citizen Dispute: The caller’s garden was destroyed on East F Street. 

9:37 a.m. Civil Calls: A Latah County garbage truck got caught on a cable line, pulling it down on Tobiska Drive. 

11:24 a.m. Abnormal Behavior: An individual at Identity was screaming and destroying things. 

4:18 p.m. Noise Complaint: The caller lives four or five blocks away from the area around Hunga Dunga, complaining that they can hear loud music on Saturdays.  

5:00 p.m. Citizen Assist: A man was walking around East 2nd and South Washington streets screaming at nothing. 

8:17 p.m. Fireworks Complaint: Fireworks were going off on Orchard Avenue. 

9:14 p.m. Noise Complaint: The caller complained that music from Hunga Dunga was too loud for his kids to sleep. 

11:38 p.m. Theft Other: A bike was stolen at Lions Park. 

Sunday, July 10 

12:19 a.m. Noise Complaint: The caller reported loud music from her downstairs neighbor on West A Street, with the bass shaking her floor. 

7:17 a.m. Malicious Mischief: A neighbor was destroying the caller’s property on East F Street, breaking glass. 

10:22 a.m. Traffic Hazard: The caller reported nails in the road by McDonald’s, but nothing was found. 

2:01 p.m. Recovered Stolen Property: The caller’s child’s bike was stolen the night before. The caller found it at the Hamilton Lowe Aquatic Center. 

5:32 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: A man tried to kill the caller’s dog on South Almon Street.
