Friday, June 24 

12:47 a.m. Welfare Check: The caller hears someone yelling by The Monarch Hotel. 

6:11 a.m. Circumstance: A man was screaming at Friendship Square. The caller thought it may be a mental health issue. 

8:55 a.m. Stray Animals: A stray dog was uphill from Fairview Drive.  

10:35 a.m. Stray Animals: The caller found a large husky on East 7th Street and met with officers at the animal shelter. 

10:39 a.m. Stray Animals: Two small black terrier-like dogs were running around Hathaway and Joseph streets without collars. 

11:37 a.m. Suspicious Circumstance: A woman attempted to steal the caller’s fishing rod at a Latah County Fairgrounds auction. 

1:52 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: A woman was screaming in their alleyway on North Asbury Street for 10 minutes. 

2:07 p.m. Traffic Violation: A car with a potentially intoxicated driver was swerving on the highway. 

3:45 p.m. Malicious Mischief: The back of the caller’s vehicle was shattered while parked on Indian Hills Drive. 

4:21 p.m. Burglary: Someone broke into the caller’s house on West A Street, with items thrown around the house and their oven dragged into the middle of a room. 

9:24 a.m. Domestic Dispute: The callers witness a domestic dispute on Elm Street, with their neighbor holding a woman against the door by her throat. 

Saturday, June 25 

1:23 a.m. Missing Person: The caller’s friend went missing an hour and a half ago, leaving on foot. The caller was left with her belongings. 

4:41a.m. Found Persons: An elderly woman was found on the road.  

7:16 p.m. Suspicious Circumstance: A man was walking up and down the street by A&W on Lenter Street, yelling that he was going to kill people.  

7:24 p.m. Stray Animals: A white and brown cow was running around on West A Street and Farm Road.  

7:55 p.m. Theft: A man kept stealing the caller’s signs out of her yard on Spotswood Street. 

9:13 p.m. Noise Complaint: The caller complained about hearing loud music at Hunga Dunga while she lives five blocks away.  

Sunday, June 26 

11:53 a.m. Suspicious Person: A group of men with a hauler were going through bins and taking paper at the Moscow Recycling Center. 

12:03 p.m. Burglary: The caller reported a burglary inside their house at East Daves Avenue. 

12:12 p.m. Animal Problem: The caller believed an Airbnb renter left their dog and it is in the area of Taylor Avenue. 

3:29 p.m. Suspicious Person: A man was yelling for help on Indian Hills Drive. 

6:48 p.m. Welfare Check: A child was left in a hot car at Gritman Medical Center
