Friday, Feb. 18

2:40 a.m. Welfare Check: A person was laying on the sidewalk across from the USPS on 5th Street.

2:58 p.m. Theft: The caller had a package stolen from his porch with video evidence of the thieves.

8:47 p.m. Animal Noise Complaint: The caller heard what sounded like a moose moaning or crying on East 3rd Street.

9:28 p.m. Stray Animals: A dog was seen running in and out of traffic on North Polk Street.

Saturday, Feb. 19

1:01 a.m. DUI Alcohol or Drugs: An officer was requested for a DUI arrest on South Washington Street.

12:00 p.m. Traffic Hazard: Equipment hanging over the sidewalk at Pintail Lane and North Main Street was blocking the view of drivers. 

11:40 p.m. Hit and Run: A driver possibly under the influence caused a collision on Troy Road and South Main Street, fleeing in their Honda Pilot towards the Taco Bell.

Sunday, Feb. 20

8:14 a.m. Suspicious Circumstance: A non-tenant broke into the building’s laundry room on South Asbury Street and was possibly huffing paint thinner.

1:18 p.m. Vagrancy: A woman seems to be living out of her small pickup truck in the Wendy’s parking lot with a trap around it. 

10:29 p.m. Suspicious Circumstance: Someone tried to open the caller’s door on Indian Hills Drive. They were gone by the time police arrived.

11:39 p.m. Suspicious Circumstance: Someone was in the caller’s backyard on East 3rd Street.
