The best meals are the ones you can whip up any time of the day. While taste is certainly subjective, breakfast burritos are a great addition to any meal or just by themselves. These breakfast burritos are vegetarian, take hardly any time and are an excellent source of protein.

Ingredients:
½ cup of Morning Star Farms Veggie Chorizo Crumbles
1 tortilla
1 egg
Handful of feta cheese
½ cup of spinach
Olive oil
Lowry’s Seasoning
Garlic powder
Directions:
- Pour olive oil into a medium pan and place on medium heat.
- Add chorizo crumbles, Lawry’s, and garlic powder.
- Cook chorizo crumbles, stirring every few minutes, until slightly crispy.
- Add the egg and mix in with chorizo crumbles until it is thoroughly cooked.
- Decrease to a low heat and add in spinach. Stir until spinach has sufficiently wilted and shrunk.
- Add in feta and stir until slightly melted.
- Add cooked ingredients to the center of tortilla, fold into a burrito and enjoy.
