Pullman welcomed a new addition to its restaurant scene as Yia Yia Nikki’s, a locally owned and operated restaurant specializing in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, opened its doors for the first time on Jan. 18.
The grand opening, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., was successful in bringing in satisfied customers for the first day of business and beyond. One customer, a Facebook user interacting with the business page, Yia Yia Nikki’s-Pullman (@yiayianikkispullman), had a particularly pleasant experience, submitting a review.
“This is amazing, healthy, and filling food,” the reviewer, credited as Korey, said. “They are very clean and kept interactions safe. Pullman so needed this. Thank you all who work and manage this place!”
The restaurant, located at 1300 S Grand Avenue in Pullman, offers a variety of freshly prepared authentic Greek and Mediterranean selections.
“Using fresh, tasty ingredients and serving large meals, our main goal is to see our customers walk away with a big smile and a full belly,” reads the Facebook page’s “about” description of the restaurant.
