Crumbs: tuna salad for added lunch flavor

Packed with healthy fats and protein in a pinch

Need lunch in a pinch? Try whipping up a quick and easy tuna salad. This recipe will help curve your hunger and won’t hurt your wallet.  

Cook time: 10 minutes 

Serving size: one to two servings 

Ingredients: 

Can of tuna 

1/3 cup of mayo 

1 tbs of mustard 

1 tbs of dill relish  

Red onion (optional) 

Celery (optional) 

Ritz crackers  

Directions: 

  1. Open one can of tuna and scoop into a medium bowl. 
  1. Separate chunk of tuna with a fork.  
  1. Add mayo, mustard and relish to tuna. 
  1. Mix ingredients with a fork until well-combined. 
  1. Optional: chop vegetables, add to the bowl and mix until well combined.
