Focusing on Your Wellbeing During Uncertainty  

Time: 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.  
Date: Tuesday  
Place: Online

In this Zoom workshop, participants will learn how to define wellbeing, pick up tips to enhance their mental, physical and social wellbeing and brainstorm ways to stay motivated in this time. Registration is required beforehand to attend the workshop.  

Vandals For Recovery Coffee Hour  

Time: 2:30-3:30 p.m.  
Date: Tuesday  
Place: Idaho Student Union Building Panorama  

Vandals for Recovery is hosting a coffee and social hour this Tuesday. This group chooses to not drink alcohol or use substances, providing support for members of its organization.  

Vandal Food Pantry Curbside Pickup  

Time: 10:30-11:30 a.m.  
Date: Wednesday  
Place: Pitman Center loading zone  

The regular Vandal Food Pantry cabinets aren’t open due to COVID-19. Instead, the Vandal Food Pantry is operating as a curbside pickup service. The bags are pre-packaged with various items and given to those who attend based on the size of their family. All are welcome.     

Therapy Dogs  

Time: 1:30-4 p.m.  
Date: Wednesday  
Place: Idaho Student Union Building Plaza 

Therapy Dogs are back for everyone to enjoy. Palouse Paws and their therapy dogs will be visiting campus. Anyone can drop by to play during the session.

Soil Stewards Produce Sale  

Time: 4-6 p.m.  
Date: Thursday  
Place: Soil Stewards Student Farm, 425 Farm Road  

Student interns and volunteers will sell fresh seasonal produce grown on their farm. The sale will have varied produce available each week. Updates regarding the sale can be found on the Soil Stewards Student Farm Facebook page. Social distancing and masks are required at the sale.       

We Got Your Back 5K  

Time: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.  
Date: Saturday  
Place: Student Recreation Center  

The 4th annual We Got Your Back 5K for suicide awareness is this Saturday. Participants can run or walk to support suicide awareness and bystander intervention. This year, there are two options for the 5K, virtual and in-person. The in-person route will take place on the University of Idaho campus while those who choose to participate virtually will choose their own route.  

Registration is required prior to Sept. 10. Cost for registration is $7 for students and $10 for non-students for a t-shirt and is free without a t-shirt.
