Crumbs: very eggy sandwich

Those who are craving a breakfast sandwich from their favorite fast food chain are in luck. There is an easy, fast way to make favorable breakfast from home.  

Take your breakfast with on the go or to the couch with this very eggy sandwich. 

Cook time: 15 minutes 

Serving size: one sandwich 

Ingredients: 

2 eggs 

2 bread slices 

¼ cup of shredded cheese 

1 tablespoon of butter 

Crack of pepper 

Pinch of salt 

Directions: 

  1. Oil a pan on medium heat.  
  1. Crack two eggs and let simmer until the egg whites cook. 
  1. Carefully flip the eggs to cook evenly on both sides. 
  1. Salt and pepper the eggs as desired.  
  1. Put two pieces of bread into a toaster on medium. setting 
  1. Smear a half tablespoon of butter on both sides. 
  1. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the buttered side of one piece of toast.  
  1. Place the cooked eggs on top of the toast with cheese. 
  1. Place other buttered side of toast on eggs. 
  1. Enjoy!
