Crumbs: Breakfast bites

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but it can be hard to get up in time for it. Don’t sacrifice a hearty breakfast just because you’re too tired in the morning.  

These breakfast bites keep in the fridge for a few days and make an easy breakfast for the whole household.  

Cook time: 30 minutes  
Serving size: 12 bites  

Ingredients:  

  • ½ cup hash browns  
  • ¼ cup diced ham  
  • 2 eggs  
  • Shredded cheese (as much as desired)  
  • Garlic salt (as much as desired)  
  • Hot sauce or ketchup (as much as desired)  

Directions:  

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 
  2. Scramble eggs in a small bowl and set aside
  3. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, ham, scrambled egg mixture and shredded cheese until combined  
  4. Spoon mixture into a muffin tin and fill each one until about ¾ full
  5. Cook for 20-30 minutes or until cooked through
  6. Top with garlic salt and the condiment of your choice
