Monday, June 29

12:52 a.m. Gunshot Sounds: A reporting party approximately eight shots on N Almon Street, although the sound could have been fireworks. Officers responded but were unable to locate.

2:19 a.m. Noise Complaint: A caller reported hearing loud rap music for several hours near Lauder Avenue. They said they also heard talking until 6 a.m. the previous night. The caller did not know if people were outside the night of the call as well. Officers responded and no report was taken.

11:25 a.m. Malicious Mischief: Vinyl wraps were removed from utility boxes in front of Maialina Pizzeria. An officer responded and a report was taken.

2:06 p.m. Theft Other: An iPad and two laptops were stolen on Levick Street, but the case is cold. An officer responded and no report was taken.

5:59 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: Tools and a backpack were stolen out of a vehicle on S Cleveland Street. The windows were cracked, so the reporting party believes the thief unlocked the vehicle that way. An officer advised and no report was taken.

8:50 p.m. Theft Other: A caller reported half her clothes were stolen. She was at a coin operated laundromat on the back side of Helbling Auto Parts. An officer responded and a report was taken.

10:48 p.m. Bomb Threat or Attack: Gritman Hospital received a threat of a bomb in the building. The reporting party stated the caller said a Life Flight was coming with a package as well. MPD and MFD responded and no device was found. No report was taken.

Tuesday, June 30

1:05 a.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstance: A reporting party stated someone knocked on their door on Lauder Avenue and tried to get in, saying they used to live there, but it’s been a month since anyone lived in the unit. An officer responded and was unable to locate the suspicious person. No report was taken.

3:50 a.m. Bomb Threat or Attack: Gritman Hospital received two calls reporting a bomb threat, a caller stated. MPD responded and located the person making the threats. A report was taken.

4:42 p.m. Malicious Mischief: A caller reported someone keyed his car on Baker Street at some point in the last day. An officer advised and no report was taken.

7:06 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: A caller reported a woman on E Fourth Street had locked herself in her apartment, flooded it and will not let maintenance into the apartment. She barricaded the door and will not let anyone in, according to the report. Officers responded and no report was taken.

8:26 p.m. Malicious Mischief: A caller stated a resident’s garden on Creekside Lane has been vandalized. Others come to the property regularly to help the resident, but starting Friday, multiple things in the garden have been damaged, including a figurine. The caller did not name any suspects. An officer responded and no report was taken.

Wednesday, July 1

6:59 a.m. Malicious Mischief: Vandalism was reported in front a business on S Main Street. According to the caller, outdoor seating and plants were torn up. The caller believed the vandalism occurred the previous night. A report was taken.

8:07 a.m. Malicious Mischief: Potted plants were ripped up and pots were turned over on S Main Street. A report was taken.

4:31 p.m. Malicious Mischief: Graffiti was found under the bike path bridge on White Avenue and Troy Road. A report was taken.

5:21 p.m. DUI Alcohol or Drugs: One man was arrested on E Fifth Street.

Thursday, July 2

1:57 a.m. DUI Alcohol or Drugs: An officer requested the case. One man was arrested on Rodeo Drive. A report was taken.

2:40 a.m. Suspicious Person/Circumstance: Officers responded and one man was arrested on E Third Street. A report was taken.
