The South Central Public Health District confirmed community spread of COVID-19 in Cassia county on Tuesday, according to a press release from the health district. The individual under investigation had no contact with another person with COVID-19 and did not travel out-of-state.
SCPHD recommends individuals maintain social distancing, wash hands regularly, wear a mask outside the home and follow Gov. Little’s Rebound Idaho program in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
