Four employees within the International Programs Office have had their contracts non-renewed

The University of Idaho has not renewed the contracts of four employees within the International Programs Office for Fiscal Year 2021, Aryn Baxter International Programs Office executive director said.

*Fiscal year’s range from July 1 of the previous year to June 30 of the stated year.

Baxter is one of the four UI employees within IPO to receive a non-renewal. She has worked within IPO since Jan. 2019 and is the top supervisor within IPO.

UI Director of Communications Jodi Walker said most non-renewals are because of the universities budget challenges.

Walker did not know the exact number of contract non-renewals this year or specific departments.
