Sunday, May 3

12:28 a.m. Suspicious Person: Report of a suspicious person near the Zip Trip on Main Street. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate. No report filed. 

10:28 a.m. Other: Complaint of people not following social distancing protocols near E Fifth Street. Officers responded but did not file a report. 

3:56 p.m. Other: Report was called in of Moscow Building Supply not obeying social distancing protocols and the building was packed. Officers responded but did not file a report.

8:02 p.m. Disorderly Conduct: A request was called in for assistance about a patient trying to leave Gritman Hospital and pushing nurses. Officers responded but did not file a report.

Saturday, May 2

2:28 a.m. Noise Complaint: Reports of loud music that sounds like a party on Railroad Street. Officers responded and warned occupants but did not file a report.

12:06 p.m. Theft: Two men were detained at TriState Outfitters for attempting to conceal items. Officers responded and took a report.

2:03 p.m. Traffic Accident: Accident on N Highway 95, Moscow Ambulance, Moscow Fire Department and EMS responded. One patient was transported to Gritman. The accident was handled by Latah County Sheriff Office and a report was taken.

Friday, May 1

12:28 a.m. Suspicious Person: Report of a suspicious person near the Zip Trip on Main Street. Officers checked the area but were unable to locate. No report was filed. 

3:45 a.m. Theft: A report was called in for a stolen vehicle. Officers responded but did not file a report. 

5:27 p.m. Other: A report of a subject not social distancing at Panda Express, they were waiting for food. Officers responded.

Thursday, April 30

10:37 a.m. Vicious Animal: Report of a dog that attacked two lambs on April 29 and was then roaming around the park near N Polk Street. Officers responded but did not file a report.

1:02 p.m. Fraud: A woman called about being part of a scam and wanted to talk to the lieutenant. Officers advised but did not file a report.

8:13 p.m. Other: Witnesses of people smoking outback of Johns Alley Tavern and the TV in the bar was on. Witness said it looks like the bar might have reopened. Officers responded but did not file a report.

10:00 p.m. Noise Complaint: Reports of a loud party, music and fireworks on Cherry Street. Reports said it had been going on for about two hours and kept getting louder. Officers responded but did not file a report. The call reopened, and officers responded again for loud random laughter. They did not file a report. 

Wednesday, April 29 

10:37 a.m. Fraud: A woman reported she bought a debit card from Rite Aid and could not get it activated. She tried calling the company but couldn’t get anyone to help her. Officers contacted but did not file a report.

11:25 a.m. Theft: A report came in of two shoplifters at Walmart. According to the reporting party one loaded the cart and the other rolled it out. A report was filed. 

11:41 a.m. Safety Hazard: A structure was torn down on N Lilly Street and left a giant hole in the ground, filled with water. The report said they were worried it could be hazardous to children as it is nearby a park. No report was filed. 

7:38 p.m. Safety Hazard: Someone reported a man lit fireworks and threw them at a car in the KFC drive-thru. According to the reporting party he left on foot toward the Dollar Tree. Officers responded but did not file a report.

8:55 p.m. Missing Person: Someone reported their husband went missing. Officers responded and filed a report.

Tuesday, April 28 

10:22 a.m. Fraud: A man reported he received an email from his boss in the morning that he needed to purchase gift cards for a client. He bought the gift cards and then found out it wasn’t his boss that emailed him.

Monday, April 27

12:58 p.m. Vehicle Prowl: A report came in that a vehicle was broken into near S Lilly Street. Multiple guns were stolen from the car, but the windows weren’t broken. Officers responded and filed a report.
