Lauren Carlsen has been elected president, and Joseph Garrett has been elected vice-president, according to ASUI’s social media post Thursday morning.
Both Carlsen and Garrett served as ASUI Senators last year. They ran unopposed for the positions of president and vice-president.
This year’s Senate, which was also voted on, will be comprised of Jackie Uhling, Emily Corisis, Dylanie Frazier, Will Jansen Van Beek, Michael Carberry, Mark Currier, Hunter Gust and Ezmy Perez.
