The VandalStore Starbucks will be closed until further notice, according to their Facebook page. Though Starbucks is closed the VandalStore is still open.
Due to Friday’s emergency City Council meeting which passed Ordinance No. 2020 – 03 giving Mayor Bill Lambert emergency powers, he was able to declare Public Health Emergency Order No. 20-01 Mass Gatherings, Restaurants and Bars.
This ordinance restricts gatherings over 10 people and in-person service at restaurants and bars. This ordinance is effective until May 5.
This will not affect certain services like take-out, pick-up, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
