The University of Idaho, in a campus-wide email Thursday, announced the top five finalists for the UI presidency will visit Moscow the weeks of Feb. 25 and March 4.
As schedules are finalized, the University said more details on the candidates and targeted meetings will be announced. More information will be posted on the presidential search website, according to the email.
The University said the schedule may change due to weather, but has tentative plans to host open forums while the finalists are in town, including forums with the university community at 1:30 p.m and with the Moscow community at 5 p.m. Both forums could last 30 minutes, with the location not yet determined.
The University also said there will be chances for statewide UI regions to connect with finalists via individual ZOOM video conferencing sessions. The schedules for those sessions are as follows:
- Extension: 9 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. PST
- Southeast region: 11:30 a.m to 12 p.m. MT
- Southwest region: 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. MT
- North region: 12:30 to 1 p.m. PST
