Sarah Sharp – Volleyball

Idaho redshirt freshman outside hitter Sarah Sharp had a lot to do with Idaho’s 3-1 win over Montana Saturday night at the Memorial Gym. The Filer, Idaho, native had 13 kills in the last two sets of the match. The Vandals clinched a berth to the Big Sky Conference Tournament Nov. 19-21. Idaho has two more home matches left on the schedule before it closes the season with two road matches. Idaho plays Southern Utah at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Memorial Gym and then the Vandals take on Eastern Washington on Senior Night at 7 p.m. Saturday at the Memorial Gym.

Callen Hightower – Football

Idaho junior wide receiver Callen Hightower hauled in 10 catches for 115 yards and one touchdown in Idaho’s 55-48 overtime loss to New Mexico State Saturday night in Las Cruces, New Mexico. The Vandals play South Alabama at noon Saturday in Mobile, Alabama.

Erica King – Swim & Dive

Idaho freshman Erica King won the 1,000-yard freestyle with a time of 10 minutes, 22.34 seconds in Idaho’s 212-88 win over California State-Bakersfield Saturday in Bakersfield, California. King also took second in the 200-yard backstroke. The Vandals won all but two events. The Vandals will face Seattle University Saturday in Seattle.

Sarah Hall – Swim & Dive

Idaho freshman Sarah Hall won the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:53.47 and she won the 500-yard freestyle with a time of 5:05.81.
