There is nothing cheaper than 5-pound bags of potatoes for college kids. Of course that means having potato recipes everyday for a while, and baked potatoes get kind of boring after a while. Try these little potato chips or slices instead.

  • 4 small potatoes
  • Oregano
  • Garlic
  • Basil
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cooking spray

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Wash and slice the potatoes into thin strips no more than 1/4 inch wide
  3. Spread in a single layer on a 9 by 12 inch cookie sheet
  4. Sprinkle all the seasoning on the potatoes to taste
  5. Spray with cooking spray
  6. Cook for about 15 minutes until soft all the way through
