  • 1 pound venison steak
  • 1 diced garlic clove
  • 1 small onion sliced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

  • 1/2 cup pickled jalapenos
  • 1/2 cup pepperocinis
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Water

Directions:

  1. Marinade venison with garlic, onion powder, chili powder, black and red pepper, brown sugar, salt and water
  2. Cook in a slow cooker or crockpot on low until the meat pulls apart easily
  3. Add tomato paste
  4. Slice and add the pickled jalapenos and pepperoncinis
  5. Add some juice from jalapenos (optional)
