A quick easy meal that is super of filling, beef stroganoff is perfect for almost every occasion. Especially as it cools down, the warmth of a creamy pasta is always comforting. This Russian meal will fill your belly and warm your toes.

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef

1 cup of sour cream

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

Noodles

 

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, add 2 teaspoons of salt to water.
  2. Brown beef in skillet.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup and heat to boiling.
  4. Lower heat, add sour cream, simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Drain noodles and combine the two together.
  6. Serve warm.
