Want to be healthy but also eat something delicious? Then this dip is for you. It’s easy, quick and keeps well in the fridge. Which is good, because you’ll want leftovers.
- Greek yogurt (plain, honey, or any flavor you choose)
- Peanut butter — I like creamy for this
Mix equal portions of greek yogurt and peanut butter. Or alter the proportions if you want more of less peanut butter flavor. Use a dash of honey, I use about a teaspoon. Dash some cinnamon on top, mix, and serve with apple slices. Or mix it up with other fruits. Whatever works.
