A simple breakfast scramble is a great way to start your day. It’s tasty, quick and provides the energy and nutrients to keep you alert in class all day.

How to

  1. Fry your favorite breakfast meat in a large frying pan. Bacon is my favorite, but sausage will work as well.
  2. Throw in a liberal assortment of your favorite veggies. This can be onions, red peppers, bell peppers, mushrooms — anything really.
  3. Season with a dash of oregano, salt and black pepper.
  4. In a separate frying pan, scramble three eggs.
  5. When cooked, top the eggs with your meat-veggie mix and serve.
