Winder, 24, and a 29-year-old probationer exchanged messages on Craigslist regarding an ad soliciting the sale of sex posted by Winder, said Moscow Police Department Captain Roger Lanier. “A probationer had some stuff on his phone that were exchanges with Ms. Winder,” Lanier said.……
