The Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival is one of the largest events that takes place on the University of Idaho campus. An event this large calls for extra help, so volunteers are needed for the 59th Jazz Fest, which is taking place April 22-25.

All UI students, employees and members of the community who are 18 years or older that are passionate about music and arts are encouraged to join the team. Volunteers are rewarded with one free concert ticket for every four hours of service. No experience is necessary.

The current open volunteer positions include pre-festival office volunteer, performance site volunteer, information desk attendant, workshop presentation assistant, drive crew and many more. For more information about becoming a volunteer and what positions are available, visit go.uidaho.edu/jazz-volunteers. The application closes on Sunday, March 15.
