With the start of summer comes the return of our advice from the stars. This week, check your sign to see which University of Idaho landmark your stars align with.

Taurus (April 20 to May 20): Library

Just like your sign, the library is a place of stability and practicality. Taureans are faithful, reliable and patient. Whether you visit to quench your thirst for knowledge or to find a snack in The Fishbowl, the library will provide.

Gemini (May 21 to June 20): Integrated Research and Innovation Center

The IRIC is among the top contenders for the pride and joy of campus, just like you are among your friends. Geminis love to gather information and are often intellectually inclined, so you probably love spending time in the well-lit and well-populated spaces of the IRIC.

Cancer (June 21 to July 22): Living and Learning Communities

As a cancer, you like things done your way. You probably wanted to live in an apartment from the moment you stepped on campus. You also tend to make a fortress of your dorm, building a place of comfort and security where you can hide away from the outside world (and your classes).

Leo (July 23 to August 22): Hartung Theater

Leos are loyal, enthusiastic and love to make their voices heard. The Hartung is home to inspiring playwrights and actors. You stand out in the Vandal family for your passionate adoration of your loved ones — and you would happily sing it from the rooftops.

Virgo (August 23 to September 22): Arboretum and Botanical Garden

Virgos have are often labeled as picky and sensitive, but in reality, they just need the right care in order to blossom. The Arboretum features a wide variety of plants from around the world, each with its own needs. Taking a stroll through the trails soothes the heart, like a conversation with you.

Libra (September 23 to October 22): Administration Building

The Administration Building stands tall and proud at the center of campus. Libras are even-tempered, diplomatic and pursue balance in their lives, like the inhabitants of the Administration Building seek balance on campus. You are as elegant and charming as the symbol of our campus.

Scorpio (October 23 to November 21): Greek Row

Scorpios have a strong commitment to their families. Greek Row has an incredible loyalty and love for its brothers and sisters, displayed proudly by its buildings. You may sometimes be labeled as “intense,” but that inner fire is what drives you. Never apologize for it.

Sagittarius (November 22 to December 21): Student Recreation Center

Sagittarians love exploring and trying new things, although your perfectionism can get in the way sometimes. The SRC provides a perfect outlet to release that restless energy. Next time you visit, try something you never thought you’d do. You might just find your next favorite thing.

Capricorn (December 22 to January 19): ASUI Kibbie Activity Center

The Kibbie is perhaps one of the most well-known sites on campus. The dome represents our passion, our confidence and our ambition as Vandals. As a Capricorn, you’re sincere and a natural goal setter. As long as you stay strong, you can reach any goal you set your mind to.

Aquarius (January 20 to February 18): Golf Course

Aquarians are independent and adore alone time. The rolling hills of the golf course provide a wonderful place for that. When you have your extrovert moments, you can hang out in the clubhouse. Your deep love of learning makes trying new techniques exciting. Keep in touch with that.

Pisces (February 19 to March 20): Bruce M. Pitman Center

Just like the Bruce M. Pitman Center has adapted to fill many roles over its time on campus, Pisceans adapt to their environments. You are kind and compassionate, but you can keep your true thoughts hidden beneath your easygoing nature. Take a deep breath and open up, your fellow Vandals won’t let you drown.

Aries (March 21 to April 19): Idaho Student Union Building

Aries are energetic, with a need to constantly keep busy. Sound familiar? The ISUB constantly bustles with activity, from students and professors rushing to classes (or Einstein’s) to campus tours and wandering visitors. You definitely have a Vandal vibe.
