Support local logger's daughter for Congress

With all of our national and state concern about security, law and order, and swift, sure justice, I'm pleased to have learned that Betty Richardson is running for Congress. Having never met her until recently, I am impressed someone of her skill and experience is putting her name on the line to serve our state's interests.
Betty served eight years as U.S. Attorney for Idaho, putting crooks behind bars and protecting the rights of Idaho's law-abiding citizens.
She's a Lewiston native (imagine that, a north Idahoan in Congress!), and the daughter of a logger who made his career in the woods. She understands the north Idaho way of life.
Betty will support our president in his drive to put terrorists and criminals behind bars. Her experience and life's work will assure that Idaho has a voice of authority in Congress.
As a fellow north Idahoan, I encourage you to read up on Betty Richardson and her candidacy for Congress.

It's not too late to swallow our pride for Division-IAA

I know, I know, you've heard it a thousand times already and you may even agree. I would like to see Idaho drop back down to Division-IAA in football. It seems to me the university had a baby before getting married.
They have no stadium to support their "rise" in status ... what a mess. I don't know if it is too late to turn back; I hope not. I am also a Bronco fan and they showed how to do things the right way.
I thought Idaho knew how to do things the right way, but this move "upward" has cost the athletic program and the university. Idaho! Get married first, save some money, get a real job, then start your family!
