UI students will feel the energy crunch in their wallets and there is no one to blame, except maybe California, but the University of Idaho's ability to provide a large amount of its own energy has saved students hundreds of dollars. Sure, Classical music stimulates the creation of new neural networks within the brain, but after you've turned seven, your brain is pretty much set.
